It's never too late to be what you might have been
Viena, Austria

Yo me enfermé. No encontrábamos nada.

Vienna was a city that I never clicked with. I think we started off on the wrong foot and from there we never recovered. We had booked an Airbnb, which was a fiasco. «The neighborhood of El Chavo del 8» was nothing, as we named it with my best friend. The man who rented it to us did not want to give us the entire apartment as we had agreed, it was dirty and horrible. We ended up moving to a beautiful hotel on the banks of the Danube, but it was far from the city center. I got sick. We couldn’t find anything. We were looking for a supermarket and there was none to be found. It was like Vienna conspired against us.

Everyone told us that they did not understand how we had not liked it because the city is beautiful and that we have to return to see it with different eyes. I think they are right, because just on the last day at night, we began to feel better. It may have been an attitude issue, but I didn’t connect, I just didn’t connect.

I leave you the photos of the first day at the riverside and in the museum area.

I hope you like it. Thanks for your comments.
